Well, the thing is,I'm afraid that my 20' SDTV will not,or poorly support the HD-video or aspect ratio of that the 360 offers, which are 720p,1080i and 1080p.I'm afraid the vision will be blur of have bad side effects when playing the latest 360 games like Call Of Duty 4,GRID etc.Do I need a HDTV for an exhilarating experience when I'm playing my 360.And I've only got another 2-3 months until I buy my 360,and I'm hoping to get the best experience-a truly next-gen one.Can you help me?

  1. The Xbox 360 still has amazing graphics when it runs in SD but in order to get the full next-gen experience, a HDTV will be ideal. A 1080p HDTV is not really necessary but it would be the best. My Xbox 360 runs on 1080i and it looks absolutely gorgeous.

  2. yeah get a HDTV, i have a 1080i lcd and xbox looks awesome. Its 10x better than SD and the text and lines on screen are really clear unlike on a sd tv

  3. nahh, i have a standard def tv and the graphics are still amazing. but of course, a hd tv will be much better

  4. I have a 50 inch plasma 720p and 360 it looks amazing, however i only play story mode on the 50 inch and i use my 27 inch sdtv to play online. Personally i like playing more on my 27 inch square tv. don't worry it will look fine on your 20 inch.
