I never have and I'm 46. It doesn't matter how hot it is or how much I exercise... nothing. I dont even get a glowy film. How bad is it for me and is there anything that I can/should do or should I just be happy about it? It is hard because my body does not cool itself and I suffer in the heat a lot.

  1. Yes, it is a problem.  The skin is the largest organ of the body, and eliminates much waste, in normal people.  I suppose the lack of ability to sweat would place more load on the liver.  Hopefully if you do most things right, you can live a long and healthy life in spite of it.

  2. if you were in younger i would say it could be as simple as dehydration, but if you've never sweated...it could be something more serious(like a glandular problem). you might want to ask a doctor just to be safe :/

on the other hand, if you've never had problems other than being a little extra hot i would say try to enjoy it. having people notice that you're sweaty is a major anxiety for a lot of people :)
