"Federer had reached 10 consecutive Grand Slam finals, making him the best bet to win any Grand Slam tournament." I'm wondering if that's a record? Also I bet he has a record in reaching the most MS finals. Anyone know?

  1. Of course it is a record. Ten consecutive grand slam finals. Winning 8 of those. None but Federer can do it. And nobody will break this phenomenal record for a long time.

  2. It is a record (duh every Federer fan knows this). No one else is even close. The second closest if 7 by Jack Crawford.

How immature to thumbs down an answer because you disagree with some of my other posts.

  3. Yes, it is a record. But like one of the previous answer has stated, Steffi Graf (female) holds the title for thirteen consecutive Grand Slam singles finals, from the French Open in 1987 through the French Open in 1990, winning nine of them, more than Federer.

  4. of course!

  5. its a record

  6. Yes, 10 consecutive Men's GS Singles final is record that Roger holds. I believe the next closest is seven (7).

Steffi Graf holds the all-time record in singles tennis with 13.
