Is it a side effect of ortho novum 777 or pregnancy???? help???

for the last month i have been on a new birth control ortho 777, almost four weeks ago my boy friend accidently went inside of me, and this past week i have been getting sick, my nipples have white dots that are oozing.. can this be a side effect of the birth control or is it early signs that im pregnant??? someone please help!!!!
