Is it a violation of TOS not to maintain and promptly update your contact information, like email address?

The TOS section 3. states "You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete." So if a member cannot be contacted by email for over a year is that a violation of the TOS?

if the account is not active for even less than a year, yahoo will deactivate it, regardless of TOS
