agreed to a mutual restraining order with the only contact supposedly allowable is TELEPHONE conversations concerning the care of our toddler.

I asked my spouse if she still is of the opinion that she wants me to have no contact with our child at all and she told me "that is entirely up to you" ... so then I asked her if she had given any thought to trying to just settle out of court to get this over with and she said that depends on me and my anger issues.I told her I am not the only one with anger issues and asked her if I am having anger issues when her family makes my baby cry and then I am supposed to be the bad guy for getting upset about it,and she responded with " who is that" and I said sarcastically,"oh jesus I have no freaking idea" ....... then I said "well,we'll just take it to a fkg judge then" and she hung up.

Did I violate a restraining order in GA by this?

  1. no fool

  2. I'm not totally positive about this, but I don't think it is a violation. Oh, and I wouldn't talk to the mother of your child like that either. Good luck though ;)
