Is it a waste of time to graduate with a major in integrated sciences if you want to become a nurse? ?

My college doesn't have nursing. what they do offer is integrated sciences.

  1. You would still need to then transfer to a school that offers a nursing degree--so you would need to see if the classes you took transfer; but you might lose out on some of the credits & time you spent in intergrated science, making your time in school longer.  You would need to contact the nursing school you had in mind & speak with an advisor.


  2. Usually your school's course catelogue describes what is covered in a course.  I suggest that you relay this information to the nursing school you plan to attend to get their advice.
