Is it a waste to own a car and still use public transportation?

  1. Not a waste if it doesn't put your finances in a bind.   And you would have to ask yourself if you use it often enough to justify the expense.   Another thing to consider.......  the last I knew,  most of the ladies were not thrilled, excited or even mildly turned on at the prospect of ridin' Da Bus.


  2. Not at all.  Kudos to you for using public transit when you can.  When it is not possible, you have your car to fall back on.

  3. No, definitely not. Own a car can bring you much convenient especially when the whole family are going out. And when you have kids, you will find that a car is essential.

  4. No, it's not.  Even if you already own a car, public transportation will still be cheaper per mile than the gas costs and wear on your car.  Keep your car for when you need it, and use public transportation when you can.

  5. I dont think so you never know what emergency you might need you car.  You are still saving money with owning your car
