Is it a wonder Prince Harry doesn't like being here???

i just read this crazy question about Prince Harry not being Charles' son...

...like, wot the (censored...) - don't people have a life?? - they come here (and never mind only coming here to trash him) to make all the fuss they have over his being in Afghanistan. I think people, for want of better things to do with their time, place others on a pedestal and expect them to dance after they've been wound up...you know those toys that do that?? well, they did the same to Diana, Beckham...many other famous people who've now left Britain. Why place people on a pedestal only to try and dictate to them how to entertain the public, and if they don't conform, they cast them out as ...outcasts? No wonder Prince Harry seems to be falling out of love with England. I think someone who's in a role to represent England, should at least be given a chance at freedom of choice so that they can have emotional ties here too, rather than feel coerced to conform, it may pervert him...(I hope not)

  1. I'm American and i cant believe the mean things people write and say about him, saying he was in Afghanistan for a publicity stunt, even if he was well protected, anyone in Afghanistan is in harms way, i really like him.

  2. I agree with you.  I'm not a 'royalist' I do respect the Queen, I think Prince Charles will make a fine King and I have to say that Harry has impressed me much more than I ever thought possible, not simply because he found a career he likes, and is, according to his peers very good at, but also listening to the words of his seniors as they talk about him, he has earned their respect.

I cannot understand the horrible things I have seen written about him, there's even a psoter in the News category who first of all said Harry never went to Afghanistan and that the pictures we saw were 'mocked up' and then when he couldn't get mileage from that, said that it was all a 'publicity stunt' and that the Royals always intended to have him withdrawn early.

I feel for Harry so much right now, he wasn't allowed to fight in Iraq, he was then given the chance to go to Afghanistan and he has had that taken away from him.  It seems to me he can't win, whatever he does is wrong simply because he was born into a life he had no prior decision about, if he goes to war people despise him, if he doesn't the same people despise him.  I think he is a fine young man who wants to be treated as ordinary and is being denied the chance

  3. Another one who rants on about England , when it's Britain !

  4. Yes Hippie your right except it's

United  Kingdom but I'll over look it this time.

also  there's nothing wrong with  HRH.

  5. I feel really sorry for Harry.

He has trained to do a job, gone to do it & some fool with a big mouth means he can't continue.

I wonder how many times in a day he curses being born into that family?

As for some of the answerers on this site, the majority slated him for not going to Iraq & not they are slating him because he did go to Afghanistan. Some people just can't be happy unless they are putting someone else down.

I am not a fan of royalty but I, for one, am very proud that he went & did his bit. Unlike the children of the leading families in other countries.

  6. well said wisdom. i couldnt agree with you more. what is wrong with the people of this country where they cant even give a fine young lad some creddit for wanting to serve hes country. I'm inclined to agree with Harry. this is not a very nice place to live any more.

  7. I was in the army too >>>>---->

  8. I have seen a video here in America just the other day, and most people in the UK plainly said... whats the point of having royalty, what do they do, most replies back said that royalty does nothing, you see it's people like that that make others dislike their country. No wonder Prince Harry feels like that, honestly I cannot blame him for it, I mean look at what every says about him, it's ridiculous.

  9. If he doesn't like this country he should leave.

In fact, I'd be absolutely ecstatic if he did, and took his entire dysfunctional clan of parasitic wasters with him. Maybe the Yanks could take them off our hands? I gather some of our colonial cousins have a thing for the monarchy, and would probably find their shenanigans entertaining.

This latest reprehensible PR exercise has really just put the tin hat on things as far as a great many people are concerned. And now it's blown up in the face of the royals they should deal with it.

    So should their supporters.

Really, that jumped up, cry-baby of a chav is good for absolutely nothing.

  10. I could,nt agree more with every word you,ve written.

Thank God there are still people with sense and sensibilities  around.

  11. He is not actually whingeing about idle gossip, he has seen the freedom and beauty of other lands and hes come to the conclusion that this is a lit goldfish bowl. He wants out like the 90% of us.

  12. It's the price they pay to be intruded upon, doubted and abused like that with all the benefits he has in his life.

Anyway people do this because the internet is open source so people can say what they want.

  13. I thought people quit worshipping people?

I guess not, the Islamics worship their religious clerics.

Republicans worship Bush, so I guess you can find a man and worship him.
