Not right now, William Regal is a good wrestler but he just returned and hasn't been back long enough to earn a title shot. And also not if they keep having him lose to Jamie Noble.

Yes Regal is one of the best mat technicians to ever step into the ring he's also a very entertaing heel. He's been wrestling for 25 years and has contributed a lot to the sport. Now the sport needs to give him something back for his hard work.

Yes he does deserve a IC BELT, i think he should beat Santino for it.

He is a great technical submission wrestler. One of the best in WWE right now.

Now that his gimmick is real wrestling, and not "using brass knuckles to win" yes he does deserve.
