Question:

Is it absolutely necessary to have an antenna to watch TV

I can't find the antenna on my unit! I get pretty bad reception using rabbit ears, but it never worried me all that much as I don't watch that much TV, but now my sister is in the Olympics, and I was wondering, if I bought a great TV, do I still need an antenna? or does HD/Digital/set top box/fancy other stuff I know nothing about make antenna's obselete?

Any help would be immensely appreciated.

  1. Dude, nobody's had an antenna for, like, 20 years.

  2. Seeing as you obviously have a computer(since you posted this lol) you should try http://jerome90.ipodpsp.hop.clickbank.ne... its a program that lets you watch live television from your computer. It will help save the hassle of this antenna business, and paying to much for cable(since you say you don't watch that much anyway) the site lets you pick a package, and you only have to pay once. :) enjoy

  3. No Nobody has antenna's you need a satelite

  4. In the latest systems they might not have antenna's on their T.v.  sets.

    but still im not sure..
