Is it advisable to install an oracle database on a 900mhz processor?

Am about to get an ultra portable light laptop(ASUS) with 900mhz processor, 2gb memory and 20gb hard disk. I know an oracle instance rely heavily on memory-- but will the processor power be enough to run oracle and vmware with server2003 on it? Am and as the laptop has 9'' screen could be easy to move around

Please upgrade/buy a PC/Notebook that is atleast of 2.0Ghz or above with Dual Core Processor and 2GB of DDR2 RAM with atleast 80GB Hard Disk Drive.
