  1. unless you want to go back with a 2nd degree sun burn !

Its actually the worst time to visit Dubai.

  2. its the hottest month and really humid in the city plus the air fare is too high as of now, you better let this season pass before start planning on visiting UAE.

  3. if you can only enjoy indoor activity so it is OK otherwise better make it in Jan. or Feb. this is the best

  4. I'd say no. July-August are the hottest most humid months.

You will not be able to enjoy outdoor activities like water sports, desert safari, camel rides, dune buggy, dhow rides,  sand boarding etc. (I am of course assuming your interest in atleast some of these popular tourist activities).

If it is shopping you're looking for then again I'd say winter months of Dec, Jan and Feb. The Dubai Shopping Festival typically begins in mid Jan and last until sometime in Feb and that is usually very popular with tourists again.  If it isn't the shopping festival then of course any time of the year would work.

Do be careful though to check the dates of Ramadan before you travel as the UAE is a muslim country and the hours of business differ during this religious observance. It is expected to be around the first week of September this year and varies each year.

I hope you found this to be of help: If you do decide to travel during august pack lots of sunscreen and enjoy yourself when the city is less crowded during the tourist off season. Have a happy trip!

  5. its too hot and humid in august. unless u do only indoor activities its advisable to coem in winter.
