  1. No.

im 13 and me andmy friends do it all the time, under parent permission.

The bulletts dont do any real damage

    May cause small bruises.

Just stings a little when hit, like a paintball gun.

  2. The law states that airsoft guns cannot be sold to minors in any case. They may be sold to your parents, and they can give them to you to use, but claiming ownership of the rifle may get you in more trouble if you get in trouble in the first place.

Having the airsoft wars are not against the law. Some state laws require that there is a legal guardian supervising the use of "bb guns" for users under 16 years old (such as the law here in FL), but as long as you have permission from the owner of privately owned land, you should be fine.

Whatever you do, don't play on public land or land that you don't have permission to play on, it can lead to problems if anything happens and the police are called up or an injury occurs.

  3. No it is not illegal for anyone to own an airsoft gun. You could be charged with intimidating someone with a weapon if you point the airsoft guns at anyone though so technically it is illegal to shoot each other with them, though I'm pretty sure your friends would dismiss such charges as ludicrous. Also make sure that you wear safety glasses and even helmets if you are shooting each other with airsoft guns. It is still possible for these guns to seriously injure or kill someone if you shoot them in the head or face. Some airsoft guns are more dangerous than others.
