Is it against the law in NC to fire someone on disability leave for cancer,need help badly!!!?

If NC is one of many Work at will States, No.

In Tennessee one can be fired with or without cause. If the boss does not like the way you look at them one day, they can invent a reason to fire you.

If they are union You may have to put them on leave as if they were in military if not check with county wefare
