  1. If you think about it - it's pretty much impossible to have money that you can't account for.

I think you meant money that you can't legally account for without incriminating yourself, then, yes, that's very possible - and illegal.

  2. Can't be against the law unless it is from an illegal source and someone can prove that, but unless you can account for where it came from, they can be a royal pain in your @ss and make your life very hard.

  3. At the end of the day that is what external auditors exist for. All money, where ever it comes from must be taxed.

Every bank in the world by law has to share financial information with each other to control equity flow and inflation and other factors clearly.

If you go up to a bank with money that you cannot claim for you will be taxed and if it is a suspicious amount then you will be investigated.

  4. yeah..... it sure is...... hey buster, ya wanna share,... im broke

  5. Lol just dont flash it around

  6. Id say it would depend on how legal it is? but its not cause of illegal actions or crimes like stealing and such then you should be fine, but if it for illegal activity you are taking the chances of getting caught... you should more than likely know this info already!

  7. no it's against the law if you do not pay taxes on that money

  8. Probably depends on the amount.
