Of course it's not! What are they gonna charge you with? Exposing your back??!! It's not illegal to be topless in your back garden either as it's your own property.

Nope, since its your own backyard, I think you are allowed to go naked even, as long as your neighbours are fine with it. :p

It is  not against the law to lay on your stomach with your top down in your own yard or at a public pool.  Just don't forget to put the top back in place before getting up.
