I did it once at Jack in the Box because I didn't have a bike lock and couldn't go inside. I got strange looks, but I never heard of it being illegal.

It is not against the law but dont plan on being waiting on, they wont do this because of safety reasons.

No, its not against the law, but it is up to the store whether they will serve you or not. My local Maccas doesnt :-/

I don't think so. We used to walk through pretending we were in cars to cheer up our mate who worked there. He'd serve us like it too!

I think it depends on what state you live in but i would figure no it wouldnt be
