Is it against yahoo TOS to post an "advertisement" for your yahoo group on the music message boards?

Is it against Yahoo TOS to post an advertisement for your yahoo group that is music related on http://messages.yahoo.com/ ? I posted months ago and someone wrote back today that yes it was against TOS and if I posted the group's info (I haven't yet) I would be reported. This person has also contacted me via a few other means off of yahoo today bashing my yahoo group and website. Is this person just trying to stir up trouble or do they have a valid argument? Thanks

It is against, but most people don't care , but you happen to have a tiny-minded person see it and they had no life and nothing better to do, not much you can do against these people with no power but think they are the yahoo cops. Bad Boy , bad boys, what you gonna do when the yahoo cops come for you/
