  1. He has a few more good matches in him.  Don't stress he'll perk back up.  It's not so much the title of being no.1  it's the record of being able to break a few more in titles held.  He can still crank out some more grand slams to be where Nadal wish he could venture to so naturally.

  2. No, I don't think it will be. Although this year he hasn't won any major tournaments, he has still got to the finals of them, which is still good. The Wimbledon final anyone could have won it was so close, so he is still in good shape.

He had something called mononucleosis (which is like Glandular Fever) at the start for the year which would have affected him. He has not had a bad run this year, Nadal has just improved and Federer has let a few opportunities slip. He has been doing well during the Olympics so far.. so it's not all down hill.

I think he will still break more records and him and Nadal will challenge each other for the number one spot, so don't under estimate him yet!! I have no doubt he will make a come back! Federer's playing well, and if he can keep a positive mind he will be back at number one in no time - especially because it's the start of the hard court season.

Woo, go Roger - keep believing in him - he will break Sampras' record of 14 grand slams no matter who or what stands in his way!! =]

  3. the short answer: NO it is not all downhill for R.Fed... possible GOAT still has several years in him i think... 3-4 i think...

but its not gonna be the way it was before, because that my friend, was magical...those years were a gift: to the sport, to the fans and to Fed himself...:)

  4. thats not really an original questions.

its based on form and opinion - nadal wont be like that forever and dont forget novak.
