Is it allowed in Guam laws that a Filipino citizen couple can file an uncontested divorce in Guam?

I have a U.S. multiple visa, i can go to Guam anytime now. I just want to make sure i can get a divorce there even if im a Filipino citizen coz I called the Legal Division of Public Defender in Guam and they said only US citizens and immigrants can file divorce there contrary to the atty's ads in the internet..

.    The divorce will be legal in Guam.  Maybe not in Phillipines.

If you can get a visa you can do it.  However, the divorce will not be recognized in the Philippines.

In the past I've seen people post who said it took them longer than 7 days.  Several said it took almost 4 weeks.

**********I left Guam in 1990.  It's possible the law has been changed.
