Question:

Is it alright if I go out and run a bit even though I haven't slept for 30 hours now?

Is it dangerous? I'm experienced in running so the main question is if having been awake for 30 hours and then suddenly going to run 2 or 3 miles at most might be dangerous to my health...

So should I do it or not? I don't feel that tired right now so I think I might even try it...

I usually just stay up for about 16-18 hours then going to sleep so I don't stay awake for such a long time often (only once before have I gone over 30 hours)

Respond quickly please..

  1. Under yur present brain chemistry of deficient dopamine and increased melatonin, you should get a strange rush and feeling!

If yur experienced, go for it, and monitor what you know to be danger signs.

    Should be a rush! Hahaha!

I would use this opportunity for a wild s*x experience myself as far more rewarding to this opportunity! Would I sleep after! Hahaha!

    Me!  :- )

  2. Just go take your walk ,might make you tired enough to be able to sleep.Been awake 3 days:no problem.

    Planets.

  3. What are you trying to do, lose weight?  Are you part of some kind of weird sleep experiment?  Why not run when you are fully rested, that way you will go further and burn more calories....but if you must go ahead, I think you'll survive, and then you'll know if you can do it.

  4. Go for it - don't know where you are, but just be careful of the heat.  There are heat advisories all over the midwest.

Your endurance may be hindered, you may not have as good a run as on more rest, but it will not be harmful.

  5. If you don't mind passing out on the sidewalk... :P
