Is it dangerous? I'm experienced in running so the main question is if having been awake for 30 hours and then suddenly going to run 2 or 3 miles at most might be dangerous to my health...So should I do it or not? I don't feel that tired right now so I think I might even try it...I usually just stay up for about 16-18 hours then going to sleep so I don't stay awake for such a long time often (only once before have I gone over 30 hours)Respond quickly please..
