Is it alright if I take out my contact lenses for about two weeks?

I have the monthly disposables and would like to take a break from them for a couple weeks. Is it alright to do that?

I also take them out every night.

It's great to take a break from your contacts! Just make sure to change the solution they are in twice a week (unless you are going to throw them away and open a new pair when you decide to wear them again!).

Yes you can but make sure you have glasses to wear if you need them when you drive or whatever! It won't hurt a thing!
