Is it alright/recommended to apply Unscented Curel Body Lotion to a healing tattoo?

i heard it strongly recommended to put unscented curel body lotion on a healing tattoo. is this true?

  2. Yes! Actually alot of people use to (they still might?) said to use A&D ointment. This is a NO NO. That actually takes color out of the tattoo.

    Curel will preserve the color, while keeping it safely moisturized.  Also, any unscented lotion would be better than A&D or something like that.
