  1. You should never feed a dog human food.

Although a slip up most likely won't do any harm, feeding your dog this kind of food regularly or even now and then can have very bad effects. The additives, herbs, cooking grease etc., can all very much upset a dog's digestive tract, and lead to obesity. In some cases dogs can be severely allergic to additives in meat or things mixed into it (like onion powder) which can be pretty bad.

So if you're spaghetti pot fell on the floor and Puppy ate his fill of meats, keep an eye on him, but he'l probably be fine (probably just an upset stomach).

If you're giving in to your pooches bambi eyes, I'd suggest a halt to that.

  2. Meatballs at the end of the day are meat they probably contain more meat than dog food, as long as it's just a treat and not a regular thing I can't see any problems. Tomato's are bad for dogs and can be toxic so don't give tomato sauce with the meatballs.

  3. Yes, its just beef and the sauce won't hurt them.  I wouldn't do it all the time, they need a diet just for their bodies, but adding it to their food sometime or for a treat won't hurt them
