  1. I have taken both together with no problems, but if you are concerned you should take both packages to your local pharmacist and get their opinion. Mine have always been more than willing to help.

  2. Yes I have done this.

Remember that echinacea should only be taken for short periods of  a maximum three months at a time as it is meant to give your immune system a boost.

  3. Is that some type of Mexican food?

  4. Yes it is ok.. whilst the antihistamines are working on one matter , echinacea is working on the immune system to hopefully eradicate the neccessity of taking the antihistamines... it wont be cancelled out as they are fighting the same type of system... slowly ween yourself off the antihistamines and you will find a distinct difference espescially if you take the echinacea everyday... good luck and feel better...

  5. If it's pure Echinacea it's okay.  However there is no true evidence that Echinacea has any benefit whatsoever.  ("Studies" that say otherwise never seem to have data to back up their claims and strangely enough seem to be paid for by companies or individuals who sell Echinacea.)
