I had some weird experiences with a ouija. I don't think it will cause bad Karma though being as though its only a median to the dark side.   I do suggest not using one though.

its better to destroy it. when you burn it, you are chemically changing it, meaning its not the same thing it was before. if something happened that you didnt intend, then that is the best option.

well don't throw it away or do not burn it!!! if you do and hear a scream from it it means you have 36 hours to live! What you have to do is ripe it into seven pieces sprinkle holy water on it and then bury it
