Is it an ingrown hair?! HELP?

Question

Okay well, I have a red bump on my armpit, I shave there, and it was small but now I think it may be getting bigger. I thought it was an ingrown hair, but I put a warm cloth on it 3 times in a row, and I can't see a hair, also I tried squeezing it and blood came out.

It doesn't look like a pimpl really, it is just a red bump.. HELP

And I know it is in the wrong section but no one was answering.. HELP.

And btw it isn't really a circle is it more a line.. kinda. LOL

that happens to me all the time. it could be an ingrown hair ( or a few of them in a bunch) or razor burn. since your arms are usually at your sides and it gets rubbed allday then it could just be irritated skin. put some witch hazel on and an antibiotic ointment or lotion. it should go away in a few days.
