Is it an organization issue about Joe Gibbs cheating or is it just an individual?

News reports says it was 2 teams that were caught cheating the 20 and 18. But Joe Gibbs says those involved will be punished. Does that mean 2 crew chiefs will be fired or is this higher up in the organization? For 2 cars is that a sign of it being the whole organization?

This is funny, JM with his incessant trolling Jr questions is ok but when the shoe is on the other foot the JGR crowd squeals.

Yes this cheating is organizational. the heads are just covering their butts until they can sacrifice someone. The poor crews get it from both ends. toyota demands wins no matter what and the drivers are selfish win at any cost buffoons.

It's obvious they have been cheating all year. NASCAR is so inept they can't find anything. They should have impounded the cars and stripped them bare to find the other rules violations that are most certainly there.

i think toyota should be thrown from the series because how do you go from lowest manufacture to the best you just dont joe gibbs is a cheater in both nationwide and cup.

Oh please. Don't think it was just the crew chiefs that knew about this.  This goes all the way to the top, folks.  Gibbs isn't nearly as honest and upstanding as they would like you to believe.

Edit: Okay, I had to walk away for a bit on this one, too many questions got a bit monotonous.

Whoever's at fault will be dealt with, Joe and JD are not going to sit back and allow anyone to compromise the hard work they've put into creating that calibur of a team.

No LIKE THEM OR HATE THEM, Joe Gibbs is a honest man with honest ideals. I think it was the crew chiefs wanting to enhance the cars. I don't know if they'll be fired....but I don't expect to see them the rest of the year. Just an opinion.
