my old pastor in Church did, thats why I left. Every thing he said had to be "that white man" or that "black man" why can't they just be men...??

It can be, yes. If there is no valid reason to why someone is mentioning race...then yes it is immediately annoying and that person should be eliminated as soon as possible...however that may be.

no. at least not to me anyway. as long as they dont go on and on about it or talk bad about it, then i dont see a problem
