Is it bad 2 just drink green tea?

so far 2 day all i drank/was green tea&&water(:

  1. Well, you need to eat food as well! You can't starve yourself. It won't do any good.

    If you're trying to lose weight, not eating actually does the opposite of what you want. Your body will figure out that food isn't coming often, and will actually store up fat to try to compensate. Yes, that's right, you gain weight from not eating.

    Even if you aren't trying to lose weight, you NEED to eat! Green tea doesn't have everything you need. You've got to eat to get all the nutrients your body needs, every day.

    And, green tea is chock full of caffeine, which is NOT GOOD for you! If you didn't already know, too much caffeine is VERY harmful to your body.

    Put down the tea and EAT!!

  3. Bad Idea? Yes !

    You need you're nutrients, protien, fruits, vegetables, and grains.

    You are basically going into starvation mode because green tea, is a drink of herbs, and have absolutly no carbs, no fat, and no calaries.

    Drink green tea after meals so it breaks down fat..

    Don't just drink it as a meal with water.
