Is it bad I am addicted to Green Day?

I liked them in 3rd grade and all of a sudden they rock my world again? All my friends think there is something wrong with me? what do you think???

I am totally addicted to and have been for 5 years nearly. Theres nothing wrong with being addicted, if its summat you like, and isn't alcohol or illegal, then why not! Just cos you addicted doesn't mean there is anything wrong, i get to addicted at times and my friends think i'm crazy, i'm that bad that i quote parts of songs to them. Just cos you like what you like and they don't like it-just ignore them, thats what i do, but its only people that aren't close to me that think i'm weird cos everyone else knows why i'm addicted. Just tell them to f**k off, just cos your addicted doesn't mean theres something wrong!!

green day lately hasn't been in the media's eye.

and because of that, most people are saying they are uncool.

you should like whatever you want to.

i can say this from experience, people have pushed my buttons so much. my advice: join a green day forum. there's people who are like you there and it's pretty fun! (may i suggest GDC? it's the green day authority forum. which is where im from).

just be yourself. there's nothing wrong with green day and if your "friends" respected you they wouldn't get on your case about it.

Of course it's not a bad thing!!! Green Day is an amazing band, my all time favorite. I have a bit of an addiction to them..
