Is it bad for F-1 students to transfer schools many times?

I am an F-1 student and just transfered from one school to another. But I like this school even less and want to transfer again. Do these transfers affect one's status adversely or can F-1 holders transfer as much as they want?

If nothing else, it's very bad for your study and you lose time and credits.
