  1. LOL.

I think that's a usual behavier in hamsters.

    I don't think they'd make 'HAMSTER BEDDING'

if it would kill a hamster if they stuffed it in her cheeks?

  2. No its not bad your hamster is probably just going to make a new bed or something! :) haha dont be worried

  3. Hamsters are part of a the rodent family, which means, just like rabbits and mice, it needs to chew on materials like wood to dull down its teeth, if they don't do this then they could develop a problem where there teeth grow to large and eventually make a whole in their bottom jaw or they drive there teeth into their head and harm their brain which could kill them.

  4. No, it is not bad as long as they don't stuff in wet bedding.

Hamsters tend to carry bedding materials or food in their mouth to store them somewhere else.

Your hamster is probably shifting/moving its nest somewhere else, and it is normal.

They would carry the bedding in their cheek pouches and store them to their desired nesting area.

It is absolutely normal, so don't worry...your hamster is safe.

  6. No they wouldn't have it for hamsters if it wasn't good for them XD

  7. My dwarf hammy does that alot. It's a naturall behavior.

  8. Nah, she's just going around her cage picking up the biggest flakes and then taking them back to her nest so that she canbe extra comfy :)/

  9. thats normal behavior my hammie does it all the time!! here might be some reasons:

-she is making a new bed

-shes just transporting it to make more room in some spots

-it tastes good!! jk i know shes not eating it :D
