Is it bad for bunnies to be layed on their backs?

The other day i discovered that if i put my bunny in my hands and then turn him to his back, he just lays there with all 4 feet up and he doesn't move. I'm not sure if its comfortable for him or if he just cant move.

  1. this releases endorphines from the brain, puttin him in a very relaxed position, he is concious but will lay still it is almost like a hypnosis for him.... it wont harm him, the endorphines from his brain relax him thats all... like when you twitch a horse.
