Question:

Is it bad for me if i eat not to many calories during the day but then eat alot at nighttime around din?

like not ALOT about 500 during the day then 1000 at night? so I'm only eating what I'm meant to but is it bad to eat lots after 4pm like that?

  2. No, that's not bad at all. Don't listen to people who keep re-telling the myth, "eating after 7 p.m. makes you gain fat", or "eating before bed makes you fat".

    That is not true, and there is no valid, scientific evidence to back it up, anyone can try and prove me wrong. It is generally recommended you eat lower on the carbs during the nighttime.

    Just make sure you are getting all the proper nutrients you need, if you need to lose fat/weight, your diet must be high in protein and low in fat and carbs.  Make sure you're getting sufficient protein in each meal/snack.
