Is it bad for you to dig out bugbites with a knife?

i dont care about scars...but will it have any health effects on me if its a clean knife thats never touched any blood with STDs

SURE!! use a knife, but you have to make sure the knife is as sharp as a razor. That way you could do the most damage possible. Okay now really? is this a question you actually NEED answered?. You might as well cut your toenails with a lawn mower wile you are at it.HAHAHA. How about go to a doctor and have them checked out?
