  1. Yes.

Holding a sneeze is bad for you because it can rupture brain cells.

Another way to think of it is by thinking that you have many germs in you're body and  that you don't want the germs. Then you sneeze and all the germs leave you're body. But no,they don't leave you're body because you decided that it's okay to hold your sneeze. You hold all the germs back and you're gets full of toxic that can harm you're body.Do you think it's okay to hold you're sneeze know that you know??

    *Hope this helped*

  2. Absolutely!  It's known to be bad for your heart.  Let it go - have plenty of Kleenex on hand!

  3. well ive heard if you hold it in, your insides explode.

    so yeah.

    not good.

  4. Suppressing a sneeze can be harmful, particularly to your ears...

Studies have found that the air expelled during a sneeze travels at an

amazing 100 miles per hour, and spews out up to 5,000 droplets, which

may be propelled up to 12 feet in a single sneeze.... By clamping your

mouth closed an pinching your nose shut, you force the "sneeze" into

the eustachian tube (which connects the back of the throat to the

middle ear) and then to your eardrum. Sneeze strong enough, and you

could rupture an eardrum, causing acute pain, infection, bleeding, and

    even hearing loss.

  5. you sneeze for a reason! something is trying to get out of your respiratory tract and holding it in will defeat the whole purpose. Also, it causes pressure in your sinus cavities.
