Is it bad for your hair to pull or peal your split ends off? ?

I always do this and i don't know if it is bad for my hair.

very bad, dont do it! it just makes the split ends worse and it will work its way up your hair shaft, meaning more split ends up your hair!.. which also means next time you trim your hair your hair dresser will cut more off!

Yes, it's bad as it makes your hair brittle and it would break easily
