Question:

Is it bad if i went running about thirty minutes after a big meal?

hey

i ate a big meal...chicken strips, a huge spoonfull of peanut butter, two plumbs, and a french fry...

then i went running aout thirty minutes later. the run lasted about thirty minutes.

my stomach kinda hurts now, like its realyl full and i feel like im gonna barf.

is this bad?? is it unhealthy to run so soon after eating? and why?

please, only informative, educated answers! please dont answer if you dont know for sure and are just guessing!thanks!!!! :)

  3. sorry this is kinda weird but idk any other way of talking to u besides on ur question. soo yeah u answered my question ""starvation mod?"" HUH and u seemed to know what ur talking aboutt.  soo i just wanted to know what i SHOULD do cuz apparently what i am doing is stupid.  i have HUGE calf masecles and some thigh muscels and arm mucsel ( im a runner) idk how i just do my calfs are disgusting though i want to be like 100lbs whats a good way to lose weight? id want it to take like 5 months either. idk i just want to be SKINNNNNNNNNNNNYYY SOOO bad i hatEEE how i look sooo much i just wat the 7 pounds OFFF

  4. not if it didnt bother your stomach.    If you are running after a meal and your stomach hurts then i would stop and wait

  5. You should eat within 30 minutes after running, not before =D

    Also after running, you shouldn't eat fatty foods.

  6. It's not unhealthy but it's not the brightest idea to run after you eat. My coach who is an amazing runner tells us that we shouldn't eat before we run and if we are going to eat, make sure you eat 2 hours before you run or wait until after you run to eat. If you eat before you run, most people tend to feel sick and some actually get sick afterwards and it doesn't feel. Just eat healthy and have fun running!

  7. I would think if it was BAD for you, you would've gotten sick. Since you were able to run, I think you're fine!
