Is it bad if my subs are wired to 1/2ohm but my amp powers them at 1ohm?what'll happen to the subs or the amp?

If you wired the subs to 1/2 ohm, the amp will power at 1/2 ohm. It is impossible to make it power at 1 ohm when the subs are wired at 1/2 ohm.

If the amp isn't half ohm stable, it will overheat or/and go into protect. You risk burning up the amp. Your best bet is to stay within the safe operating load of the amp.
