Is it bad if someone knows my serial code to my trend micro product?

I was contacting customer support and the support asked for my cerial number. without thinking I gave it to them. can something extremly bad happen if someone knows it?

side question since I cant find it on the website: anyone know how too download my trend micro product from one computer too another if no disk was given? who do I call for this help because I cant seem to find the number/answer on trends. site.

As long as it wasn't the serial number on a credit card, you'll be fine.  They needed to confirm that you actually were a customer instead of a crank.
