  1. Well, some say that everyone's body is different and while some people need 8 hours of sleep some only need 6 so if after 5 hours you feel energized and you're not sleepy throughout the day then that's what works for you.


  2. Well Melvin; it could depend on your age.  Generally, you need 8 solid hours to be rested and the most healthy.

  3. It will catch up with you after a while, but for now you should be fine. Make sure you take a multivitamin as lack of sleep can depress your immune system.

    Try to get more sleep!

  4. Depends on your age if your younger than 18 then definately 8 hours,  if older then at least 6!
