  1. Grades don't mean everything.  A lot of people just do not do well at school, perhaps a learning disability or boredom, but have what it takes to be successful later on - emotional intelligence, self confidence and problem solving and leadership skills.  Try to get them up to b level the next two years, and then consider starting at a community college and transferring to a four year college if/when you do really well.

    Thank you and good day

  2. There not bad, but there not great

i guess it depends what u wanna do

  3. So, is that like a 2.0 GPA?

I don't think colleges will like that very much :/

But seeing as you're in the JV tennis team that might help you a little.

    You're still a sophomore :]

You have time to bump up those grades.

  4. You should work harder. C's are ok, but not very good...

  5. Really bad.

I'm sure you'll be able to get a job, but not a great one. Try getting Bs.

  6. yea...they arent that bad, but they arent that good either u could do better tho i guess its ok

  7. You should use some more free time to study, if you only get C's. If I got a C, I'd be grounded until I brought it up to at least a B+.

  8. If you were my daughter, I would be very proud of you. Although anything below a C and I would be worried and get that fixed.

  9. C's are average. thats good. Our government is ran by C people

  10. Yes you can get into college and get a decent job with Cs. But you probably won't be going to Yale, getting a PhD, getting a flat out amazing job. Essentially you are looking at community collage and a average job.

  11. yeah kind of.

I mean, you could still get into a state school........

    and you have tennis...........

You wont be like a Harvard grad but you wont work at mcdonalds either

  12. There is nothing wrong with getting C's. You're passing and that's all that matters. Try your best and you will do fine! You sill have 2 more years of school if you want to raise up your grades. You can go to college and and get a decent job. you will do fine.

  13. c's r bad because they arent average anymore, because of grade inflation. with those u wont be able to go to a decent state school.

  14. If you want to get into a good college, you'll need to make better grades.  Usually college education leads to better jobs.  I'd try working a little harder.  Shouldn't be much extra effort to move C's to B's.

  15. I would say B-'s are the lowest grade you should really get. C's are just bad. If you get straight C's, then I don't think you'll get a very good score on the SAT's. With your grades, you don't necessarily need to go to college, considering you may not recieve a scholarship, unless you recieve a scholarship for tennis. Your job in the future may just be average. It's probably not going to be that great, unless you work harder. However, remember that all grades you recieve in high school are marked on your transcript.

  16. your average.

    don't worry. i think you'll be fine. [:

  17. If you are trying your best in your classes then yeah. If not,no. If you need help you should seek tutoring. To get into college you may want to try to get some b's and a's during your final years in school. Also get involved in another club or volunteer program to have your resume beefed up a little more. Maybe you should talk to your school counselor,he/she should be able to help you in all these areas.

  18. C's aren't bad. They are average, and the answer to your question is yes, you can. Did you know that a mentally handicap guy went to college and graduated from there with a degree? If he can do it, so can you.

I've only made 2 C's on my report card my entire life (the second six weeks of seventh grade in math and a C in reading in 8th grade, I think). This year I'm going to s***w that up. I'm taking honor classes, involved in band, and dealing with friends and boyfriend. Even if I make a D, though, as long as I'm trying my best and continue my education, I can and will get a "good job". So can you..

Oh, and did you know that you earn $31 dollars for every hour you stay in high school? (Maybe not literally now, but in a lifetime, that's how much more a high school graduate will make than a nongrad).

    Good luck :)
