  1. There's no need to be worried about dreams or nightmares.

Dreams happen when your brain is organizing all of your recent or past thoughts and experiences. That's what your brain does during REM sleep, its an orginization process. And that is also one of the reasons why people feel so drained when they don't get enough sleep, their brain is cluttered.

You're probably having nightmares because that's the most efficacy way your brain is choosing to organize your thoughts and experiences. Nightmares can suck but, it's not something you can control. The best thing you can do is recognize that they are just dreams and they cannot hurt you.

  2. There are hidden anxieties in your life most likley and i suggest not eating before bed, or sleeping on your back.

  3. You have to think long and hard about a possible problem that maybe going on in your life that is haunting you, that is causing you to have haunting dreams, it sounds like it would make sense doesnt it? Realize your problem in your life that's haunting you and try your best to dismiss it, and i guarentee you that your haunting dreams will be gone. It's your subconscious mind going crazy over whatever problem it is in your life.

    Good luck.

  4. Maybe you have a lot of stress in your life?  Maybe you are dealing with a pretty heavy issue?  If it is neither of those things, watch your sugar intake, especially in the late afternoon/early evening.

  5. Could be stress.  I have a lot of nightmares when I am going through stressful times.

  6. yes bad to have many night mares ,

  7. try sleeping earlier and don't eat before sleeping, it really helps
