no my best friend and i are in 6th grade and i already wear a bra (i started to in the end of 4th grade, but i didn't actually need one until the beginning of 5th grade) and she is NOWHERE near to needing even a training bra yet but ya everyone just deveoples at different rates

No not at all you start wearing them when you feel u are ready

but it does depend on how big your b***s acually are

no cuz ur breast dont finish to develop until 17 and some girls dont wear a training bra until 13...

nope i personally didn't need on untill the seventh grade. it varie for everyone on when you need on and when you feel comfortable wearing it :)

i'm in eighth grade and like all my friends are flat chested but I defiantly needed one in fifth grade. but it depends do you have b***s? Do you feel like you need one?

I started wearing one in 6th grade.  Most girls your age (I have a 11 year old sister but she's already got b*****s) wear training bras by now.  Even if you don't have b*****s yet, you probably don't want to feel funny that you are the only one that doesn't wear one.  Get the kind that look more like sports bras for pre-teens for now.  Don't get anything with padding!  Tell your Mom that you need some!  Tell her that the other kids are making fun of you for not wearing one even if they aren't.  Or tell her that you are embarassed to wear some tops 'cause your nipples show through!  I was so embarassed to ask my Mom and I was painfully shy!  I got up the nerve though and did it!  You could also like have your Mom drop you and a friend off at the mall for a couple of hours (if she'll let you) and ask for some money for snacks and pick up somethig at JcPenny's or Sears.  Do you have an older sister or cousin that could take you?  GOOD LUCK!

no, I started in sixth, and I'm a d-cup now.

Look at your mom, and your grandmothers (and your female siblings) you'll probably come out the same way they are.

It's not bad, it just means you're a late bloomer. Actually, you're not at all really. It just means others are early bloomers. =] I started wearing one 4th.
