  1. Technically, yes. Because when you work out, your body has your circulation going. And when you stop, all your hard work goes for nothing by sleeping..because your blood flow stops. If you keep a continuous daily diet and exercise without sleeping... you'll be perfectly healthy:D  


  2. No, its actually good for you.  

  3. No, it isn't bad for you! Go for it! If you are tired after working out....and want to sleep....then sleep!
