  1. Since Tylenol's main ingrediant is acetaminophen, 1 or 2 a day is totally harmless as in worry for overdose. You should check with your Doctor ASAP and let him or her know your reason for this. I don't want to see it become a habit. Dr. asap...     Good Luck Ken...
