Is it bad the neighborhood around Rue Geneve 70, Lausanne?

my teenager nice is attending a 3 week course at UNIL next month. She is planning to stay at the address above. If it is bad neighborhood, what would you recommend? Thank you for your advise

Don't worry, in Switzerland there's no really bad neighborhood.

Rue Geneve 70, Lausanne is in the city but quite ok.

I really don't know, never been to the french speaking part of Switzerland. But when I read this, I'm not so sure.
