Is it bad to bring an ipod into a sauna or a tanning bed at a tanning salon?

I just got the ipod touch and I dont want to break it.

better yet dont take it there at all. not only will it not work but it might get stolen. besides youre supposed to relax not listening to music in a sauna or salon

To be on the safe side, don't bring it. It is very humid and hot in both a tanning bed and a sauna.
